Project Workflow

Front End Engineering & Design

Brownfield Engineering follows the front-end engineering methodology when planning the execution of projects in the early phases. Clients are encouraged to establish and update their business case and scope of requirements during the early phases of the project life cycle. Stage gate reviews are mandatory decision making points to ensure the project scope and business case are aligned to justify project investments.

Project Approval

During this phase full funding is approved to begin detailed engineering and procurement negotiation plans in order to purchase equipment, materials, and award labor contracts to execute the project scope of work to functionality per the customer scope of requirements.
